I. Overview:

1. The design of this product adopts various technical specifications stipulated by JB/T8853-2001.

2. The scope of use of this product: the speed of the high-speed shaft is not more than 1500 rpm. The peripheral speed of the gear drive is not more than 20 m/s. The working environment temperature is -40℃~45℃. If it is lower than 0℃, the lubricating oil should be preheated to above 0℃ before starting. This product can be used for forward and reverse directions.

3. Mainly used in metallurgy, mining, transportation, construction, chemical industry, textile, papermaking, food, plastic, rubber, construction machinery energy and other industrial transmission fields.

2. Features:

1. Gear and shaft parts are made of high-strength alloy steel. The gears are processed by carburizing, quenching and grinding. The gear accuracy is GBl0095-88.6. Tooth surface hardness HRC58-62.

2. High transmission efficiency: single-stage is greater than 96.5%, double-stage is greater than 93%, and three-stage is greater than 90%.

3. The whole machine has the characteristics of small size, high bearing capacity, stable transmission, low noise and high efficiency. The product performance has reached the world advanced level and can be used as a substitute for similar imported products.

1. Models are: ZDY single-stage cylindrical gear reducer, ZLY two-stage cylindrical gear reducer, ZSY three-stage cylindrical gear reducer, ZFY four-stage cylindrical gear reducer.

2. Specifications are:

Single stage: 80, 100, 125, 160, 200, 250, 280, 315, 355, 400, 450, 500, 560.

Two levels: 112, 125, 140, 160, 180, 200, 224, 250, 280, 315, 355, 400, 450, 500, 560, 630, 710.

Level 3: 160, 180, 200, 224, 250, 280, 315, 355, 400, 450, 500, 560, 630, 710.

Four levels: 180, 200, 225, 250, 280, 320, 360, 400, 450, 500, 560, 630, 710, 800.

4. Steering regulations:

The reducer equipped with a backstop is only allowed to run in one direction. The steering regulations are: facing the output shaft, the output shaft runs clockwise as "S" and counterclockwise as "N".
