3. Under the conditions of correct selection (including selection of appropriate service factor) and normal use and maintenance, the life of the main components of the reducer (except wearing parts) is generally not less than 50,000 hours. The wearing parts include lubricating oil, oil seals and bearings.

2. Features:

1. This series of products has 3~26 type specifications, 1~4 stages of deceleration transmission, and 1.25~450 speed ratio. Combined with CR, K, S series to get a larger speed ratio.

2. Installation method: horizontal, vertical, swing base, torsion arm. Input mode: motor connection flange, shaft input. Output mode: solid shaft with flat key, hollow shaft with flat key, hollow shaft with shrink disc connection, hollow shaft with spline connection, solid shaft with spline connection and solid shaft with flange connection.

3. It adopts sound-absorbing sound box structure, large box surface area and large fan. The main components of the gearbox are cylindrical gears and spiral bevel gears, which are made of high-strength alloy steel. The gears are processed by carburizing, quenching and grinding. The gear accuracy is GBl0095-88.6. Tooth surface hardness HRC58-62. The low-noise practice technology is used in gear grinding, so that the temperature rise of the whole machine, the noise reduction, the reliability of operation are improved, and the transmission power is increased.
